Two analytic expressions for the scattering length dependent on the coupling constant lambda are proposed. These expressions possess an infinite range of convergence unlike previous attempts. As a possible application the author discusses the scattering length for collisions of electrons with rare gases, calculations of critical constants for short-range potentials and calculations of Sturmians.
